Parking products
You can look up your permit by going to the "Active cards" screen and filling in the reference and license plate of your permit here.
You can pay your permit by going to its detail page. If the state of your card is "Checked" and has an open balance you can press the "Payment" button.
Afterwards you will be redirected to the payment platform of our partner Ingenico
You can request a new card by going to the "New request" screen. Here you can follow all the steps to request a new permit.
You can renew your permit by going to its detail page. If your permit can be renewed there will be a button "Renew" available on which you can click.
If you receive a message indicating there are no parking products available while requesting a new permit this means that the city has no (more) permit available for your address.
Parking tickets
You can look up your fine by going to the "Retributions" screen and filling in the reference and license plate of your fine here.
You can pay your fine by going to its detail page. If your fine has an open balance you can press the "Payment" button.
Afterwards you will be redirected to the payment platform of our partner Ingenico
You can file a complaint against your fine by going to its detail page and clicking the button "Communication". Afterwards you will be on a screen where you can file your complaint.
Login methods
When creating a new permit you can enter your personal information using your eID card. To do this you must install a java applet and possess an eID card reader.
